Kiip & GDPR

Posted on by Katie Kerr, Marketing & Branding
As you’re no doubt well aware, the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will go into effect this Friday, May 25.

We take data privacy seriously and fully support GDPR and its requirements, and recommend all our partners ensure their privacy policies adhere to regional guidelines and regulations.

As part of our compliance with GDPR, we will start blocking all requests from countries in the European Economic Area (EEA) beginning May 25, 2018. You can also choose to stop sending us requests from EEA users to ensure no end-user data is collected without consent.

We've also updated both our Developer Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy to comply with GDPR regulations. We encourage you to review and update your end-user facing privacy policies as well.

You can review the new Developer Terms and Conditions here.

If you have any questions regarding GDPR or how Kiip plans to comply with this regulation, email us at gdpr@kiip.me.

Onward!
